Experienced head chef Sean and his team at WuYu Cuisine combine traditional Chinese cuisine recipes with modern culture. Guests can satisfy their appetites with a plethora of mouthwatering dishes such as crab meat and tofu thickened soup, pan-fried Australian prawns with Szechuan-style sweet and spicy sauce, or salt and pepper pork stripes. Each dining experience can be complemented with a selection of wines and soft drinks. The restaurant's name refers to a South-East China region, Wu Yu, where Chinese old traditions have met with the overseas new ideas.
