The receptionist was very sour, no hint of a smile!! Queen Mattress needs to be renewed, felt like I was rolling OUT of bed, uncomfortable!! No complimentary milk in refrigerator on arrival. Please replace clock battery, remote battery, anything that needs a battery...........
