It was cold in the store and they can’t change this because of the centre shared AC. It was hard for me to relax because of this. Otherwise not bad!

Guys, I had a horrible experience at this place, worst experience ever. They are unprofessional, dirty. My husband brought a two hours package for me as Christmas gift, I went there yesterday to use the voucher. The booking was easy and the lady on the phone was friendly and helpful. The shop is at a convenient location and easy to access. I arrived the shop on time, there was only one lady there who doesn’t speak basic English. Simply asked me show her my voucher and asked me to undress myself. The whole massage she was being so rough, the pressure was intense, when i felt painful and asked her less pressure, she doesn’t understand. The most awful part was, she smells like fish. I am not sure was she eaten lunch right before my arrival or what was the reason, her breath was so intense and we were in a confined space, was so difficult to tolerate it. Being polite, i didn’t complain this issue. After the massage, she told me turn around for the facial. Then the horrible story started. She quickly “washed” my face about 30 seconds. I have foundation and eyebrows on, surely she didn’t remove these before she “wash” my face.She didn’t cover my hair. She used a damp cloth wipe my face, she only touched my chic and forehead, left my eyes and nose unattended with the soap. Then she said to me “you have face mask first”, she quickly put a mask-something slimy on my face. Then i heard she slammed the door and locked it and left the shop. I was there by myself for over 15 minutes alone, the stuff she put on my face, started dripping water beside my face down to my ears and neck, i called help, surely no one else there and no one can help. I tried to reach out objects next to me so I can stop the dripping. I got nothing, so I have to use my hand to catch and wipe it on the towel covers on me. After 15 minutes, I can hear she returned with a lot shopping! She dropped the shopping and made a huge noise, I can heard something smashed! She then came straight working on my face, without watching her hands. She applied products on face and massage my face, it was such a jock, she doesn’t even have any technique at all, she just touch here and there, was so uncomfortable. She was doing a head massage, by literally pulling my hair! The most awful part was, she was so close to my face, I can smell her bad breath, she burped and cough as well. I finally got a chance open my eyes, i opened my eyes, OMG, she didn’t wear face mask for the whole time. I said to her, why aren’t you wearing face mask?! She then quickly stood up and said “it’s first time, you don’t tell me!” I don’t understand she mean it’s her first time working or my first time requesting her do the right thing. I said to her, it’s hygiene protocol you need to wear a mask! I looked at the time, it’s only 15 minutes left for my session. So basically she was working on my body and face without a mask for nearly two hours!! I felt so disgusting and disrespectful. I told her please wash off whatever on my face and I want to finish earlier! I have to rush to public toilet to wash

I expected a one hour deep tissue massage. I didn’t have a great massage. Instead, the lady advised that cupping would help with my pain and it only made my pain worse. I paid for a one hour deep tissue massage but instead I got mainly cupping. Not a good experience at all and wouldn’t recommend going here to anyone. I didn’t get what I paid for
