They are a 24/7 Gym and an official Hammer strength training center, with a large variety of equipment on offer including 2 sets of dumbbell racks, 3 squat racks, life fitness cardio theater and pin loaded machines. They run group classes with the new addition of their VYPA Classes which is a mix of zumba and Boxing for fitness
