About Australian School of Meditation and Yoga Sydney

Australian School of Meditation and Yoga Sydney has centres throughout Australia, including Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide. Every class is designed to bring a holistic yoga experience through exercises, relaxation and breathing techniques. The classes are simple and aim to be as enjoyable as possible, working to increase general well-being and vitality for participants of all ages. The studio is located opposite Mountain Street, entrance is via the staircase.
