There was confusion when I phoned to change my appointment. The man taking my call didn’t seem to fully understand my request and didn’t seem to have a good command of English, I was therefore happy to receive a message requesting I confirm my appointment in detail my email. When I arrived for my massage the receptionist had no record of my appointment, so I was very lucky that they were not fully booked. The massage however was very pleasant and relaxing.
