Fine Print
- Appointment required. Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher.
- Limit 1 per person.
- This is a one-off introductory offer only.
- Valid on Sat 8 am–5 pm, Mon–Fri 8 am–5 pm.
- Only ONE per person–per home (changing home doesn't mean they can purchase another).
- After 20 km out from the base at Bridgeman Downs, there is a $2 per km travel additional cost.
- Not available out of hours or on Sundays and public holidays. If required, an additional $50 cost occurs.
- Voucher is not valid for commercial work.
- Voucher is only available for average single-story, 3-bedroom homes and average-size units. Anything larger will be an extra charge to be determined on the call.
- Vouchers do not come with a warranty. If a warranty is required, there is an extra $98 charge for a 12-month warranty.
- 48-hour notice required for cancellation of booking time.
- Acreage not included.
- Extras such as gel in cupboards, dust in ceiling areas, rodent bait boxes, refill of bait boxes, and ants in the grass areas of yards all come with extra charges.
- State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking.
- Present printed or smartphone Groupon on arrival.
- Not valid for rugs, mats, stairs, or hallway/landing areas.
- Carpet voucher is only for a general clean. Extras like heavy soiling or stains are extra, starting from $30 per room.
- Carpet voucher is only valid for average-sized rooms (4 by 3 meters).
- Unit lounge and dining areas are counted as 2 rooms.
