This ePackage is valid until 30.06.2020. Not valid for advance tickets sales after the 30.06.2020. Not valid on Public Holidays. This ePackage is valid at Event Cinemas, BCC, GU Film House or Greater Union. Not available for use at Skyline Drive In, Moonlight Cinema or Village Cinemas. Not valid for use in Victoria or Tasmania. Admission eVoucher entitles the holder to 1x admission to any Original session and 1 x Small Popcorn and 1 x Small Drink. Surcharges apply to upgrade the cinema experience to V-Max or 3D & must be paid at the same time as redeeming admission eVoucher. 3D Glasses sold separately. The onus is on the holder to use the ePackage on or before the specified expiry date. After this period the barcode becomes void and cannot be used. Admission eVoucher available for online bookings at eventcinemas.com.au (Booking fees apply), or present eVoucher at the cinema. Admission eVoucher does not guarantee a seat - seating is subject to availability. Not valid for Gold Class, Premium Seating concepts, 4DX, Boutique, Event Junior, Movie Marathons, Chicks At The Flicks, group bookings or any sessions classified as festivals, alternate content or special events including but not limited to foreign films. Popcorn & Drink eVoucher can only be redeemed for the above listed menu items. No change given. Additional items must be paid for separately and are the responsibility of the purchaser. Popcorn & Drink eVoucher must be presented at the Candy Bar or Scoop Alley for redemption and is not available to be booked online. eVouchers are sold with the understanding that they will not be replaced or exchanged and are invalid without an expiry date. Do not share or disclose the barcode or PIN detail to ensure your eVoucher remains secure. No date extensions available. The onus is on the holder to use the eVoucher before the specified expiry date. Your eVoucher status (including expiry date) can be viewed online: eventcinemas.com.au/giftcard/balance. Once the barcode has been redeemed it becomes void. Barcodes cannot be used more than once. No refunds given expect those required by law. eVouchers will be void and will not be redeemable if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in anyway, or if the eVoucher barcode is illegible. Valid for use in Australia only. This ePackage cannot be sold or exchanged without the prior written permission of the Greater Union Organisation Pty Ltd (GUO). Any use of the company name, images or logos must have the prior written consent of GUO. GUO may subject eVouchers to verification and security checks in its absolute discretion. GUO reserves the right to cancel any eVoucher, or the eVoucher scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. In these circumstances GUO may either provide a refund or a replacement of equivalent value unless it reasonably suspects fraud in relation to an eVoucher. GUO reserve the right to change any terms contained in these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Additional Terms and Conditions
- Groupon will buy bundle tickets (1 x admission and 1 x small popcorn and 1 x small drink) at $16.50 Inc GST and advertise these tickets for sale at $18.50 (Inc GST).
- Upon receipt of a valid invoice from Merchant, Groupon shall remit the amount of sold vouchers at Groupon Voucher Price less the Success Fee and less those refunded for customers unable to redeem due to Merchant related issues as specified in the Special Terms and Conditions including any legally applicable GST (the ''Remittance Amount'') to the Merchant. Payments for the invoice will be made within 14 business days.
- Tickets valid until 30/06/20. Any unsold and expired tickets remaining will be returned to Events after this date.
- No movies excluded
- No dates/times are excluded, however tickets cannot be used on Public Holidays
- Tickets are valid in all 61 Event Cinemas - Not Valid for ACT
- Deal will be ''no refunds for change of mind''
- Events Cinema to provide Groupon with used codes on a weekly basis.
- Events agree to not engage with any brands within the LUX Group, the Catch Group and the TIX Group, as ticket resellers before 09/04/2020
