• 7-day pre-flight cancellation & rebooking policy fees apply or voucher is forfeited (voucher is void in case of no-show).
• No refunds if your preferred date is unavailable.
• Allow time to reschedule if necessary and complete your flight on or before expiry date 8 August 2026.
• All hot air balloon flights are subject to availability and weather conditions.
• Merchant will email the Rebooking Link if the flight is cancelled by the pilot so you may reschedule and fly on a better day.
• Non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or when redeemed/booked.
• Not recommended for international or interstate customers who are in Victoria on short-stay holiday as vouchers are non-refundable.
• Any request to reschedule after the voucher has expired will incur additional rebooking fees.
• No-flight days are at the discretion of Duty Pilot for passenger safety.
