• BSBHRM412 Support employee and industrial relations

• BSBHRM415 Coordinate recruitment and onboarding

• BSBHRM417 Support human resource functions and processes

• Equivalent competencies are predecessors to these units, which have been mapped as equivalent. OR

• If you have worked in a HR related role, you can provide evidence to demonstrate the two (2) years’ equivalent full-time relevant work experience to satisfy the qualification entry requirements.

• In Addition, you must:

• Be aged 18 years or over

• Have sound language and literacy skills (at least Year 10 English, or equivalent)

• Able to commit to the course duration and time commitment

• Learners must have access to a computer and the internet

• Must supply a Unique Student Identifier (USI)

• Have a valid email account and a telephone with a valid telephone number for learning and assessment communication, support session
