Amazing time! Great experience seeing whales for the first time up close! Better signage would be great to know where to go to find the Yacht, but it was a beautiful morning so a little walk didn鈥檛 hurt. Recommend you take some snacks and drinks if needed as they do not have a bar onboard. Did not affect the experience :)

Great experience observing three whales. Instructions to email boattime with voucher and info was clear and concise. Boattime replied very well with good instructions. Paid parking nearby was handy three hrs for $9. Experience lasted about 2.75 hrs. Coffee and biscuits on arrival.

What an incredible making memories day my grandchildren and I had
It was our first time whale watching and they didn't disappoint
We were surrounded in whales, it was incredible
The staff were amazing and the other people even on the cruise were so nice, I met some beautiful people

Fantastic whale watching. Staff on board could not be more friendly. Boat was spacious and super comfortable. We saw so many whales. Some came right out of the water in front of us. Just magic!

We booked a sunset cruise with this company to celebrate my partner鈥檚 40th birthday, and it turned out to be the most disappointing experience imaginable. Despite confirming the trip via email a month in advance to ensure everything would be perfect, no one showed up at the marina. We waited for over an hour, tried calling repeatedly, and received no response. To make matters worse, I emailed the following day to ask what happened, and it has now been three days with zero communication from their team. This company ruined what should have been a magical evening. Avoid at all costs鈥攖errible customer service and an utter lack of professionalism.
