the worst experience ever. He turned up without prior call half an hour earlier and started to call me non stop while i was driving. Once i got there, he started to scream at me that i was late( mind you i was there 15 min earlier). It was horrible, im still shaken and consider reporting him to police for an assault.

The guy was a straight talker and seemed to know his product ! He was clear what would be covered and if the stains on my carpet would remain after his work ( older carpet )
If there was anything to critique , I guess a bit more customer oriented tone will go a long way !
