I must start by saying I am nearly 50 and have never had a decent set of eyebrows. I read many of Dees reviews and decided to give Esthetic by Design a try. Dee is an absolute magician to be able to sort out the hot mess that was my original eyebrows. I love, love, love my new look. I highly recommend Dee and would encourage anyone who is brow challenged to give her magic a try.

Dee is lovely, warm and friendly and her knowledge and skills are excellent! Dee took the time to talk through the entire procedure, to carefully measure and check I was happy with the shape before commencing, and again to check if any final touch ups were needed before finishing. WOW OH WOW Where do I start? Firstly Dee is so super Friendly, the introverted me is not introverted around her. If that makes sense. She was so king and lovely, took her time mapping out my eyebrows so that they were perfect. She was gentle with tattooing them, added some numbing cream and I started to fall asleep whilst tattooing. Cannot recommend her enough! Will be going to her for touch ups later on :) Thanks Dee!!

Dee is an amazing cosmetic technician, she has an amazing calming personality that makes you feel like you are in the presence of a pro, which she is! We discussed different colours and I ended up choosing something I thought would be lighter enough on my eyebrows. But she suggested the the lighter tone. She was 100% right. I’m so glad she took the time to convince me on the lighter colour, because now my eyebrows look amazing. Thank you so much Dee. I will be recommending you to everyone I know. My eyebrows look so natural and that’s exactly what I think everyone is looking for when they go to get their eyebrows done. She is a natural cosmetic tattoo artist and has an amazing instinct and insight into peoples pain threshold. She knows how to keep a conversation going to distract you from the minor discomfort. And can tell just by watching your body language if you need a break or more numbing cream. I wish more people had the skills like her. As she is the best I have ever been too.
