Not sure if other reviews are all genuine. It's the weirdest facial I had and I've been to many facials before at other places. The first time, they cleansed my face without any water. Just like a wet tissue. I asked and she said like sanitiser. Wow! And they must use smelly gloves to do the treatment. I didn't feel clean with the first time so I had to ask if I can wash it with water myself at the sink. Then the machine to clean your pores and steam was fine. The mask was fine too. Just the girl didn't seem to understand English well. It's hard to get her to explain about the treatment. The second time was better, the cleansing seems better with a proper cleanser. Still the staff doesn't say anything about the treatment, just checking if you're OK. She said some people prefer quiet time to relax, so she doesn't want to say much. Then the mask and LED went too long. I could sense it and I called and called for her to come back. As I have another appointment, I can't stay longer than 1 hour. They should tell me if it's running longer. I give 1 star for each staff (I went twice) to appreciate their effort. However this place is not for me at all. If you like to know nothing about the treatment sure you come to this place and they will tell you nothing.

Very poor experience! When I went to book the treatment was advised by Reborn it would need to pay a deposit of $50 to make the booking. I was charged $75 and then had to follow up with Reborn to obtain the refund over a week after the treatment was completed. I purchased a two treatment voucher, Reborn marked as redeemed after the first treatment. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy this voucher

The clinic can be good with manicures but I wouldn't trust them with any other procedure. I had 2 eyebrow tattoo removals in Think again laser clinic and it was soooo much better than here. My eyebrows went from dark to orange and to yellow (usual) and this was supposed to be just the last treatment to remove it forever. I saw a promotion on groupon and went for it and now I regret it. They were not able to treat my eyebrow tattoo but instead of admitting it and refunding me, they decided to proceed and just burnt my skin and eyebrows. Ink stayed untouched (well, it may be less visible if I am left with scarves). I reached out to them first but they were not helpful and when I asked for a refund they sis not reply.
