Snowy Wilderness-Horse Riding in the Snowy Mountains, Ingebyra

Excellent accommodation - we really loved the place and the villas!! We even thought that we must come there again. The horse riding experience was much less positive, so I Yet the horse riding was much less enjoyable than expected. Most of the time it was a boring walk along the trees and bushes. Only few trots and no galloping. 4 hrs of the ride is pretty wearing. I noticed that I was not the only one who wanted to stop and get off the horses just for a few minutes break in the second half of the trip. However, the guide ignored my question if we can get off for a short stretching. He also ignored my daughter's saddle was sliding off and needed a fix. And another annoying moment was that the rains at my horse were too short and I had to lean forward and down each time the horse needed to eat or drink. The guide knew it was very uncomfortable but didn't care much. Overall, the whole horse riding trip sounded like the guide/business owner made us a great favor by taking us out (not that the trip was paid for and we were the customers of this business). Last but not the least, we saw a wounded horse walking with other horses on the field. Its wound was large and open with lots of flies around. It looked like no one took any care of it for days.. My daughter, who is a huge animal lovers, was very hurt by this scene.
