About Burgerlab

Founded by Anthony Pinzone, the owner of Bayside's Aunty Betty and The Longroom, Burgerlab aims to bring a unique culinary experience to the foodies of Melbourne. The eatery takes pride in using locally sourced produce, with a selection of organic and gluten-free options also available. In addition to a variety of burgers, the menu includes ribs, salads, and desserts. The restaurant aims to provide a relaxed setting for casual dining, and boasts two locations, in the heart of Mentone and Parkdale, opposite the train stations and only minutes away from the beach.
