On our first visit we were kept waiting for 16 minutes, which is not a problem on its own.
On our second visit we were 7minutes late due to traffic (we drove 45 mins to get there). The place was closed. We called the owner and were informed that they had “gone home” as they “already had one cancellation and thought we were a no show”. Courtesy and good customer service would’ve been to call us to see if we were far off instead of just going home. Given they already received payment through Groupon I guess basic customer service goes out the window. Unfortunately I can’t recommend this business - buy the voucher at your own risk.
