Dishonest and extremely poor customer service. I tried to resolve an issue with the merchant, I don't mean to be difficult however my preference was for a female masseuse for religious purposes. I wasn't advised that I would be allocated a male masseuse until I had arrived and the male masseuse attended. I advised them sorry I couldn't proceed as I wasn't aware I would have a male masseuse, no alternative was provided. I advised them then I would contact Groupon for a refund which they said OK. As soon as I left the shop, they redeemed my voucher. That is dishonest. I was also texting them as there was no one at the shop when I arrived, the premises were locked up. They did not message me to say they would be late. When I texted after waiting they said they would be 15 mins late. I had another appointment after and I wouldn't be able to do the whole 90 mins as by the time the treatment started it would have been close to 1/2 hour lost. I am disappointed as I tried to resolve this through Groupon and the merchant was not able to offer an alternative, they were dishonest with redeeming the voucher as soon as I left, and they also provided a different story to Groupon during the resolution page. Anyway, this was referred to Consumer Affairs and the bank so hope to resolve that way.
