Just what I needed! Loved my float and the care I was offered when I arrived. Followed by the most incredible massage! I’m going back next week; my appointment is already booked!

I love going to this place for float therapy. Staff are very friendly and welcoming.

I thought the discount price was great, but that's where the positives stopped... From emailing to make a booking and not getting a reply, to having a very aggressive conversation with a gentleman on the phone when trying to book it through phone call - setting up the appointment was already very uncomfortable. I had simply asked if I could get an email or text confirmation for the appointment so I had something in writing when I showed up - and he got very upset asking if i didn't think he could do his job properly (which I didn't say anything about, I've just had experiences before showing up without confirmation for an appointment. When I arrived, I expressed this was my first time trying flotation therapy and if they could walk me through, and it felt very "yeah you just lay down, here are your ear plugs, it will drain around an hour, please shower before or after". When I left, no one was at the desk or offered any water, I almost felt like a ghost walking through a deserted hallway. Although I appreciated the discount price, I don't think much would have me go back here. It didn't make me feel relaxed or warm, it didn't give that sense of being taken care of at all either. This place really just felt thrown together and very business like - less spa or getaway... Will not be back.
