I showed the therapist what colour I wanted and that was a waste as they went with their suggestion. Lip look awful and lip colour hasn’t been applied properly, no after care advice given. I had concerns how much my lips had swelled tried calling and leaving messages no response. My lips are extremely sore. Wouldn’t recommend going back what a waste of money..

Possibly the worst experience I have ever had at a salon and the worst customer service when confronting them about the issue I had post service. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Had my eyebrows laminated here to realize when I got home, they had turned shades and shades lighter (Salon is dimly lit so when I left, I did not notice this). I emailed them to advise of them of this and was met with hostility and blame to be told this is a normal reaction to the lamination. Did the therapist providing the service mention any of this before the service? no. If its normal to react in such a way, wouldn't you specify this to the client? I have had my brows laminated in the past and this has never happened. Not once. I asked to have them fixed and the lady kept piling on excuses about my hormones (which was insulting) only to end the conversation by saying I should have just gone back to the same place I have had them done previously. When I stated this was closer to my work and that she didn't have a right to tell me where to go she "kindly" told me to go tell my therapist about the issue. I'm actually in shock. I now need to spend additional time and money getting them fixed as a result. DO NOT GO HERE.

Terrible, horrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. The next day when I woke up so much glue stuck to my eyes. I could barely open my left eye. Some of the lashes also fell out.
