Beware if your car requires full synthetic oil you will be charged over $70 for the oil.

It’s supposed to include 12 Months of Roadside Assistance but they said the car is not qualified because we did not repair the things they discovered. Now what they wanted to be done (3k+) of work has no bearing if you have a flat tire, dead battery or need a locksmith. Total RIP OFF! I would not use UltraTune again and I definitely DO NOT recommend them. Also I told them I don’t need synthetic oil and not to use it but they did it anyway and charged me $49 extra reasoning that it’s the only oil that can be used for the car but I checked the owners manual after I left to see what can be used—synthetic isn’t even included. I guess Nissan doesn’t know their car very well—they should have consulted with UltraTune (to be clear I’m being sarcastic) I don’t know about other UltraTune locations (maybe they’re independently owned) but I will never ever use UltraTune Bayswater again and for that matter any UltraTune.
