This review is based on our personal experience with Chrome Skin Clinic. Our main concern is the clear difference in treatment between clients who book directly through the clinic and those who use a Groupon voucher. If you’ve purchased your session directly from the clinic, the service and appointment scheduling seem to be managed quite very well. However, if you're a Groupon customer, be prepared for challenges in securing an appointment within the validity period of your voucher. It felt as though Groupon clients were not prioritized, which was disappointing.
