I do not recommend anyone buying from this clinic / person. Firstly the location was not where they said it would be. It ended being at the owner's private home in Russel Lea. A second red flag was prior to the appointment, she wanted me to pay extra even though the area needed to be removed (2 eyebrows) was still within the 6x4 area I had purchased for. At this point I paid anyway since I travelled all the way and had to get it done. But probably worse of all to my utmost horror was she asked me to sit in a garage for the procedure because that's where the machine was. I had expected a private room, having gone to plenty of salons based in people's homes before. She did not offer Emla...telling me that that was something the client had to purchase and put on themselves before the appointment. This was never mentioned in any of the texts prior to the appointment. There was no mirror provided either. From start to end it was a disaster and I have never been so shocked at what an appalling excuse of beauty service, even if it is for a groupon.
