Very good experience and nice team. The boarding was fast and well organised. On the boat you can enjoy indoor and outdoor space , with enough seats. The only area for improvement is that the cruise duration was not respected : we left late (because the boat before us was late) and came back earlier than advertised.

NEVER go with this company - they left 50 people stranded in the rain waiting for the cruise for Vivid and didn't turn up and no notification was received. Not even a courtesy call the next business day.

Definitely not! I paid for the service and didn’t even get to step foot on the boat along with many other paying people. We all watched the boat disembark with us whilst we waited in line at the wharf to access the boat. Very unsatisfactory!

Extremely disappointed! Was at the dock to get on the boat, however the crew just left our party and many other parties behind as we couldn’t get to the boat as many people were waiting on the dock for another boat. Recommend never to use this service again!
