• SITXFSA001- Use hygienic practices for food safety (FSA) is to be completed as a pre-requisite to attend (1-day course)
• SITHFAB005 - Prepare and serve espresso coffee is a 2-day course
• All required learning and assessment materials will be supplied by AHTS
• Students required to wear ‘black and white’ clothing with no logos
• For Occupational Health and Safety reasons, it is compulsory to wear closed-in shoes
• Notification of intention to change class dates must be received a minimum of 5 business days before the scheduled commencement of class
• If you cannot attend on the day call to advise reason you can't attend ((08) 8223 1818) or email info@ahts.sa.edu.au
• Doctor's certificate may be required if ill
• Please note course dates will be added weekly according to numbers
