Arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes before your session to check in and begin the process of unwinding with some water or herbal tea in our relaxing lounge.
Allow time after the session to relax in our quiet room to maximise the benefit of the treatment.
Women should avoid shaving for at least twelve hours and men for at least six hours prior to the float session to prevent skin irritation from the salt.
