Please arrive 10 minutes early. 48-hour cancellation notice required. State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking. Present printed or smartphone Groupon on arrival. New customers only. Voucher is void in case of no-show.
Appointments can be changed once only.
Please expect high demand on Friday and Saturday; recommended booking well in
advance to avoid disappointment.
Failure to quote your voucher upon booking will result in full price payment.
Treatments need to be booked and redeemed prior to the expiry date. No vouchers
will be accepted after the expiry date.
Vouchers are not allowed to be split or shared with any other person.
Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher.
No-shows will forfeit their voucher. Security code must be provided when booking an
appointment. A $15 late fee will be charged for
clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late. In the event of a no-show, clients will need
to purchase a new voucher due to employee compensation. Cancellations are only
permitted up to 24 hours before the appointment. Vouchers will be forfeited for
cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment. Expires 3 months after purchase. Limit 1 per person.
