Sunset Cruises: Runs Friday, Saturday and Sunday Only - 4pm boarding and strict 4.30pm departure; return at 7pm
Appointment: Appointment required. Merchant contact information will be available for you after purchase in your voucher.
Cancellation Policy: A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations; otherwise, the voucher will be forfeited.
Validity: Valid from 3rd October 2025. Valid to 10th May 2026.
Rebooking & Refunds: Cancelled cruises can be re-booked on available days. Refunds are at the operator’s discretion.
Boat Substitution: The merchant reserves the right to substitute another boat of similar quality if the ''Sun Goddess'' or ''Mermaid Spirit'' is unavailable.
Weather Cancellations: Tours may be canceled depending on weather and dangerous tides.
Child Ticket: Valid for ages 3-13. Children under 3 can travel free but must be advised at the time of booking.
Accessibility: No step-free access is available on the boat.
What to Bring: Please bring a camera, sunscreen, hat, binoculars, warm clothes, sensible shoes, and seasickness remedies if needed.
Food and Drink: No outside food or drink is allowed on the boat.
Health Precautions: If you feel unwell prior to the cruise, please take appropriate precautions to ensure the wellbeing of other passengers and staff.
