• Must provide voucher security code at the time of booking and also must present the voucher security code on arrival, or else the appointment will be forfeited
• As of 05 Aug 2020, Wednesdays and Thursdays are no longer available for bookings
• Limit of 1 voucher per person

• Located on the ground floor of "Lively Place" building. Enter shopping car park off Kearns Cres. Look for building signage Lively Place and Brow-zing banner
• Please provide name and phone number (mandatory) at time of booking in case of emergencies and to avoid disappointment
• Merchant requires a correct phone number from the customer, otherwise an appointment cannot be secured
• Merchant will call the customer to explain the procedure and provide a consultation
• Not valid on Sun, Mon
• Not valid 23rd December 2020 - 5th January 2021
• Bookings must me made through Groupon booking tool; strictly no walk-ins
• Money will not be refunded nor appointments rescheduled without 24 hours notice for cancelations
• 48 hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
• Missed appointment voids voucher
• All sessions must be used within the validity period
