- Socks are Mandatory: For health and safety, grip socks are required for all children, and standard socks are required for all supervising adults. No socks, no play.
- Supervision Required: Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times. This is not a drop-off service; parents must remain on-site.
- Age Limits: The 30% discount applies to "Unlimited Play" passes for children aged 12 months to 12 years.
- Free Drink Details: The complimentary drink is typically a standard bottled water or a specific select beverage (check at the front desk for today’s selection). Drink vouchers for adults are usually valid for one standard coffee/tea or bottled water.
- Liability Waiver: A signed liability waiver must be completed for all children before entering the play area.
- Outside Food: No outside food or drink is permitted, with the exception of baby formula, water bottles, or specific dietary requirements cleared by management.
- Capacity Limits: Entry is subject to venue capacity. On busy days (weekends/holidays), there may be a wait time despite the "Unlimited" pass.
