Cubetown Glen requires a paid adult to be present in the room with children ages 8 and younger. Playtime is 1 hour long; guests are asked to arrive 10–15 minutes early for check-in. If guests are 10 minutes or more late to their session without informing staff, the session will be canceled and the voucher forfeited. Cubetown Glen requires players to run and jump in some game rooms. To create a more engaging experience, the rooms include flashing lights and loud music to enhance adrenaline and excitement. While all players are welcome at Cubetown Glen, guests with pre-existing health conditions are encouraged to use caution and consult a medical professional prior to attending if necessary.
