Two eggs cooked your way on two pieces of wholemeal, multigrain or GF toast (surcharge for gf)
Rice Porridge:
Bruleed rice porridge infused w/ cardamom, vanilla bean and mandarin topped w/ caramelised and seasonal fruits
French Toast:
House made Banana bread French Toast, caramelised banana, coconut caramel and vanilla bean mascarpone
Avo Toast:
Smashed avocado on multigrain w/ beetroot relish, marinated peas, fetta, dukkah, nuts & seeds
Superfood Salad:
Cherry tomatoes, cucumber, snow peas, carrot, beetroot, kale, spinach, quinoa, sprouts w/ roast pepper hummus and lemon/mint dressing
Benedict:
Crispy potato rosti, sautéed kale, bacon and two poached eggs topped w/ our dairy free almond hollandaise
