- Merchant will email Rebooking Link if flight is cancelled by pilot so you may reschedule and fly on a better day
- Non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or once redeemed/booked
- Not recommended for international or interstate customers who are in Victoria on short-stay holiday as vouchers are non-refundable
- Any request to reschedule after the voucher has expired will incur additional rebooking fees
- No-flight days are at discretion of Duty Pilot for passenger safety
