• Valid hours:Tuesday-Friday 9am-7pm, Excluding public holidays and blackout period is 17th Dec-25th Dec
• Not valid 17th December - 1st January
• Not valid on public holidays
• $20 rebooking fee if rescheduling appointment with less than 48hrs notice, directly to gloss beauty
• 48-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
• Additional areas can be added upon booking if required
• Must apply own numbing cream prior to treatment (can be purchased from a chemist please test 3 days prior to treatment to ensure no allergic reactions occur)
• Pre- and post aftercare is required, will be explained upon booking
• Results will vary for each person
• Not suitable for people with skin disease such as SLE, porphyria, cancer, taking medication, severe metabolic and systematic disorders, and abnormal platelet function (i.e. blood disorders)
• Not suitable for people undergoing chemotherapy
