• Non-refundable after 7 days from purchase or once redeemed/booked
• Not recommended for international or interstate customers who are in Victoria on short stay holiday as vouchers are non-refundable
• Merchant will email Reschedule Flight Request if flight is cancelled
• Customers will be eligible for 1-month validity extension if they have had 3 bookings cancelled by merchant
• Any rescheduling request made after voucher has expired will incur additional fees if less than 3 confirmed flight attempts have been registered
• No-flight days are at discretion of Duty Pilot for passenger safety
• No wheelchair access
