Valid days and hours: Mon-Sat 10am-8pm. Please arrive 10 minutes early. Appointment required, contact by email at healthylifeclinictimetable@gmail.com. State Voucher and Security Code at time of booking. Present smarphone or printed Groupon on arrival. Limit 1 per person. In the email, please include full name, contact number, security code and date of preferred treatment. Results may vary. Not suitable for those with metal allergies, needle phobia, or a known infection or skin condition in the area to be treated. Medical history sheet to be filled out on arrival. Cancellation outside this period will ensure forfeit of the voucher.
