Groupon Recommends
Immerse tired minds, bodies and souls in the carefree charms of Hepburn Springs, such as the nearby Mineral Springs Reserve, with its history-steeped legacy preserved thanks to the locals’ efforts. Native icons include Hepburn Bathhouse, established in the late 1800s, Hepburn Pool and The Palais theatre, which has played host to Australian rock and roll gems like Paul Kelly and Mark Seymour. Swiss and Italian vestiges continue to enrich the region through many of the mineral springs, buildings and notably, the spiced beef, pork and garlic flavours of local delicacy, the bullboar sausage. Explorers drop in to nearby Daylesford for additional eats and shop-scouring.

Reviews
My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Chalet for a weekend. What a find! We had a fantastic stay and will definitely be coming back. The location is fantastic - you can walk to fantastic cafes, restaurants, the mineral springs spa complex etc. The retro decor throughout was very funky and we loved lingering by the open fire in the common area.

I recently stayed here for a weekend after a friend of mine insisted that i go, im so glad that i did because i loved it!! The retro decore was tastefully done complimenting the building and giving it a great feel. There were comfortable sitting areas and sun rooms, and i found myself hanging out nearly all day just reading the paper! I then treated myself to an in house massage and facial and was in bliss!
