• 48-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
• 24-hour notice is required to change a booking you have made. $40 surcharge applies if rescheduling within 24 hours of appointment

• If additional parts are required, a surcharge will be applied by the merchant
• Any vehicle other than 4-cylinder petrol such as turbo, 6-cylinder, 4WD, SUV, minivan, light commercial, V8, diesel, semi, or requiring special fully synthetic oils, super diesel oils or special cartridge filters will incur a surcharge for the variance in oil needed by type and volume; please enquire directly for more details
