Lifesport Fitness Club
Lifesport Fitness Club brings a combination of Functional Team Training with all the benefits of traditional gym floors to one hybrid functional training space in the Northern suburb of Joondalup. This functional health fitness club offers team, small group and personal training programmes with the aim of creating and maintaining a strong, healthy body. Classes on offer include pilates, punch, a high intensity boxing conditioning session and adrenalin, where strength and conditioning techniques are blended with functional body weighted movements. Lifesport is open seven days a week.
