The service was impeccable don't get me wrong. Great conversation and very professional. It just doesn't look anything like what I asked for, it looks good, just not what I asked for at all.

I found the whole experience changed as soon as I mentioned that I had purchased a Groupon. No hair wash, no treatment as the coupon specified. Very quick and basic cut. The hairdresser seemed young and I felt like she lacked experience. She didn't engage much in conversation, except about herself. She owned horses, lived on an enormous property, got given a hair salon to work in. Seems like if we all had those things at our disposal, we wouldn't look at buying a Groupon hair coupon! I do not recommend this salon.

The staff member who looked after me was super unpleasant and rude for no apparent reason! Would not go back.

Absolutely worth it! Dakota is a miracle worker, and lightened my dark roots to natural blonde in less than 2 hrs, compared to other colourists where I’ve been in the chair for 5 hrs! Highly recomm

Great value for money. Ella knew her stuff and did a good job. Head massage was magic!

Dakota was great. The salon is beautiful. The only extra charge was for toner as detailed on the voucher.
