One-hour Myotherapy treatment may include applications of Remedial Massage Techniques, Myofascial Dry Needling, Cupping, Sports Taping, Corrective Exercise, and Strength Programs. The Remedial massage includes assessment and treatment of the muscles and connective tissue of the body. Treatment may consist of postural assessment, stretching and activation of muscles, and a variety of techniques including deep soft tissue massage to help relieve pain and manage injuries. Relaxation massage provides a relaxing, full-body treatment to calm the mind and relieve stress. Aromatherapy treatment underpins the relationship between physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual conditions and health, utilizing essential oils, aromatic and biologically active botanical essences, in a variety of therapeutic treatments and products. You can choice one one-hour treatment for a full body Massage with essential oil, or Skin Care, or Facial Treatments.

⌚ Valid days and hours: Myotherapy - Monday 10.00 am to 5.30pm. Relaxation - Tuesday & Wednesday 10.00 am to 5.30pm. Aromatherapy - Wednesday 10.00 am to 5.30 pm. Remedial - Friday 10.00 am to 5.30 pm.
