New customers only. A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; failure to provide notice or ''no-shows'' will result in the forfeiture of that session.
Shaving Policy: Areas must be cleanly shaven 24 hours prior to the appointment. A surcharge may apply if the clinician is required to shave the area on the day.
Late Arrival: Late arrivals will shorten the treatment time to ensure the next client is not delayed.
1. Full Body Offers (Male & Female) Definition of 'Full Body': Includes all standard areas from head to toe. Note that the Female session is allocated 45 minutes and the Male session 1 hour. Safety Restriction: Treatment cannot be performed over tattoos; these areas will be bypassed for safety.
2. Multi-Session Packages (2 Sessions) Consistency: All sessions must be used by the same person (non-transferable). Expiry: The first session must be redeemed within the voucher validity period. All subsequent sessions must be completed within 4 months of the first session to ensure optimal results.
3. Female Targeted (Full Legs, Braz & Underarms) Specific Areas: Valid only for the areas specified (Full Legs, Brazilian, and Underarms). Brazilian: Includes the bikini line and ''everything'' front to back.
