The items received were fine. I am rather perplexed however as to why I had to put in 3 separate orders and hence pay extra postage even though they all came together. When I emailed them they informed me they could not process the orders together. Another merchant I ordered from was able to do this and was very cooperative in this manner

Product quality as expected which was great, but had to pay shipping 3 times because I purchased 3 of the same deals, and they all arrived in the same package, so the shipping cost shouldn't have been X 3.

This wasn’t a personalised gift market “local”deal. The products came from the UK. Ordering from their website was a bit complicated with the Groupon coupon as the product was hard to find. Despite taking a few weeks to arrive they still arrived in time for Christmas and the quality is good for the price paid.

Not the easiest to redeem, I emailed them after 4 weeks as I never got a confirmation and they couldn't tell me if my order was placed or not. Shipping took nearly 6 weeks, which was fine but a confirmation would have been nice as it was a gift.

4. Click Cart and View Cart (just click the cart icon if the message disappeared and click Checkout)
5. Apply your voucher/coupon code. Please note coupon codes will be valid for the item you have purchased them for. Codes are also location-sensitive, please have them shipped to the same country you purchased them from otherwise the code likely won't work.
6. Your total should be reduced by the items cost price, plus shipping where applies. If shipping is incorrect please make sure you choose the correct shipping from the options under Shipping Method - tracking and priority processing available at extra cost.
