What is colonic hydrotherapy?

What do sessions involve?
The client will fill out an information form before being shown into the room where a consultation and explanation of the procedure will be given in detail. You will be shown how to insert the pencil thin tube and will have complete privacy to do so in order to protect modesty at all times. Then the session will commence whilst dignity is maintained. On completion you can relax in our client lounge with a refreshing herbal tea and probiotic drink and we will provide you with more information on what you should do post colonic.
How can people prepare beforehand?
Before the session, clients should eat lightly including lots of fresh fruit and vegetables, and drink around eight glasses of water a day. They should also avoid coffee and alcohol, as well as fizzy, sugary drinks.
