- Valid within 20km of Brisbane (Mansfield 4122). A surcharge of $35.00 applies for locations outside this range.
- $150 surcharge applies for Saturday and Sunday bookings

• For homes with heavy pest activity or missed yearly treatments, a tailored Integrated Pest Management (IPM) plan may be required. We will assess and quote if necessary.
• Up to 3-bedroom homes with 1 bathroom/toilet (includes a small single garage). Any additional bedrooms, bathrooms, or lounge rooms will incur an extra charge of $15.00 each.
• New customers only. A surcharge will apply if the property was treated before by the company or contractors through Groupon. Please contact merchant if unsure
• Maximum 1 voucher redeemable per booking
• Not valid on public holidays and Easter long weekend
• 48-hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
• 24 hours' notice is required to change booking you have made
• Valid within 20km of Brisbane (Mansfield 4122). A surcharge of $35.00 applies for locations outside this range.

• Brisbane CBD residences are valid Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.

• If it is deemed you have infestation you may be required to pay surcharge directly to merchant; enquire before purchase if unsure
