• Limit of 1 voucher per person
• Not valid on Sun, 7 Dec 2015-3 Jan 2016, 25, 26 Jan 2016 & 21 Mar 2016-3 Apr 2016
• Not valid on public holidays
• 48 hour cancellation policy or voucher is forfeited
• New customers only
• Must arrive 10 minutes early to first appointment to fill out consultation forms, if more than 10 mins late treatment time will be reduced
• Max 60 lashes per eye (120 total)
• Extra lashes are not recommended, but if customer chooses, surcharge of $49 extra per 30 minutes & includes an extra 30 lashes
• Infill must be used within 2 weeks or infill is forfeited
• Infills take 60 minutes, surcharge of $10 every 15 minutes thereafter
• Appointments with junior therapists only. Senior therapists if requested will incur a surcharge
