Richmond Oysters was established in 1959 by brothers Tony and Nick Anassis next to the train line in Church Street, Richmond. From humble beginnings, the business has grown to become one of the most respected seafood establishments in Melbourne and continues to operate from its original location. With wholesale operations complemented by a retail seafood display, take away fish’n’chips, and a restaurant dining experience, the second generation continues to serve and impress locals and visitors alike.
