- $20 surcharge for change of treatment fees
- $20 surcharge applies to all reservations made on public holidays.
- May be repurchased every 90 days.
- Arriving late may result in shorter treatment time or loss of appointment, no refund will be offered.
- Not suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding people.
- Limited availability on weekends.
- Expires 90 days after purchase.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early.
- Please read our cancellation policy prior to making an appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel or change your appointment to avoid cancellation fees
CANCELLATION FEES:
- 50% fee for same day cancellations (6 hours notice)
- 100% fee for failure to attend appointment with less than 6 hours notice
- Client who do not show up for their appointment without contacting us will be considered a ‘NO SHOW’ and therefore will incur the full cost of treatment.
- If you incur a cancellation fee, the fee will be invoiced by email and due in 7 days, otherwise pay via phone.
- If we can fill your changed/cancelled appointment time, you will NOT be charged a fee. You are welcome to send a friend to take your appointment to avoid these fees.
LATE POLICY:
- Arriving late may result in shorter treatment time or loss of appointment, no refund will be offered
