How to Use

• Bring a saucepan full of water to a boil
• Reduce to simmer and then place poaching cup in the water
• Gently break an egg into the cup
• Place the lid and set the timer for three minutes (soft egg) or five minutes (hard egg)
• When it is done, remove the lid then scoop out the egg using a slotted spoon or a ladle
