• Treatment duration includes a consultation with a qualified nurses and/or therapists before proceeding with the treatment
• You should not have PRP treatment done if you have any of the following conditions: Skin cancer (past and present). This includes DCC, BCC and melanoma, systemic cancer, chemotherapy, steroid therapy, dermatological diseases affecting the face and scalp (i.e. Porphyria) blood disorders and platelet abnormalities, anticoagulation therapy (i.e. Warfarin)
• Side effects: You will likely experience mild to moderate swelling of the treated area that will last about 12-14 hours – ice or a cold compress can be applied to reduce swelling if required
• In rare cases, a skin infection may occur, which is easily treated with anti-biotics
• It is highly advisable to obtain medical approval prior to commencement. Contact Skintech Medical Cosmetic Laser Clinic to inquire if unsure before purchasing the deal
